Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, though shipping times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods.

Returns 

We want you to love your OOOasis Travel purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@oooasistravel.com with your order number. If approved, we'll provide return instructions.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can help make it right.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
