How long does my order take to ship?

Generally, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after submission, with domestic deliveries potentially taking up to 5 business days and international deliveries up to 7 business days for delivery from shipping date.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, our shirts ship to most countries, if you have difficulty placing your international order reach out to us at hello@oooasistravel.com.

What is your return policy? 

We hope you love your OOOasis Travel items, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, just email us at hello@oooasistravel.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the original shipping charges. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
